What does it mean to achieve a goal?
I was wondering and contemplating about what creates goals and how goals get achieved. I think it is about being clear on a very sensory level what you want to be expecting when you achieve the goal. What would you see, smell, touch and feel. Things like perceptions of the goal. Now how do we measure the goal what does that even mean? Let's break it down. I think first we need to define our target goal. and then assign an outcome that you want. In physical reality what does that look like? Smells like? Feels and touches like? And then we get to work to make it happen. When you do this you will also realize that you can become more clear on things that you don't want too. Which eliminates the frustration of going through and getting something that you do not want in the first place. I think it would be useful to jot down the destinations that you want to accomplish as well. Otherwise you might not know where to look for which in your quest of achievement.
