What does it mean to achieve a goal?

I was wondering and contemplating about what creates goals and how goals get achieved. I think it is about being clear on a very sensory level what you want to be expecting when you achieve the goal. What would you see, smell, touch and feel. Things like perceptions of the goal.

Now how do we measure the goal what does that even mean? Let's break it down. I think first we need to define our target goal. and then assign an outcome that you want. In physical reality what does that look like? Smells like? Feels and touches like? And then we get to work to make it happen.

When you do this you will also realize that you can become more clear on things that you don't want too. Which eliminates the frustration of going through and getting something that you do not want in the first place.

I think it would be useful to jot down the destinations that you want to accomplish as well. Otherwise you might not know where to look for which in your quest of achievement.

This reminds of the times I was in medical university. Honestly first 3 years was really great for me. Final 3 years is something I didn't enjoy much. Probably because I lacked the autonomy to do in my own terms in the last 3 years. Anyway long story short I had 6 classes that I had to retake as reworks. Within 18 days was my goal and i wrote those  reworks as the goal posts that need to be finished finally. Meaning I knew what I am looking for before I go after it.

When it comes to FB marketing or anything related to marketing. I guess the same applies. First we just need to vomit all the ideas that are in our mind to the outside. Once they are out we just need to categorize them into themes and also personas and audiences. These are the fractals of the offer that we promote. Finally all the fractals have quantities and then has a dynamic speed attached to it. We can then look for those fractals as small ponds from the bigger water fall and then go grab them little by little but you can also see the vast arena of the larger market place while doing that. Meaning multiple audiences to be tested for efficiency.

Offer comes first or does the audience comes first? it is like chicken comes first or the egg comes first?

Let's break it down. Lets assume the audience comes first. This is what i see and hear from multiple different gurus.

Tea comes first or the tea lover comes first? if the audience comes first. It is like the tea lover comes first. Then the tea was created.

What if the opposite is also true? The product or the offer comes first then the audience came second.

I think its all about the pragmatic nature of the offer and the market place. Anyways whatever asset that we created as marketing material we need to look for the personas inside of the material too. Because this is where we going to find the central ideas for personas.
